Young and Smart – Meet Khyati Gandhi, our youngest Business Development Manager
Introducing Khyati Gandhi, a BMS graduate from HR College who has previously worked as Marketing and Business Development Manager in a gifting e-commerce startup. She joined Futuready Media as Business Development Manager for Digital Marketing in February 2021, and since then has been exhibiting her profound skills to help the business grow.
In this conversation, she shares her aspirations, her journey and her vision for Futuready Media.
As American writer William Faulkner once said, “You cannot swim for new horizons until you have the courage to lose sight of the shore.”
This quote fits Khyati very well. Coming from a Gujarati business background, she is familiar with the efforts that a business requires to run successfully, and values it. She views her role as a Business Development Manager as significant and equally challenging. She also believes in overcoming her boundaries and welcomes every challenge with open arms.
She has quickly settled in with her colleagues in the office. "Everyone is very warm and welcoming. I am very excited to start my career in Digital Marketing with Futuready Media!"
The year 2020 was very difficult for everyone, professionally and personally. It took a toll on everyone’s emotional and mental health. Khyati’s life experience in 2020 was very challenging, to say the least. "I fought and won my battle against Covid-19 last year with the immense support, love and care from the hospital staff and my family. Even strangers with their kind words had an immense positive impact on me during my struggle. To come back to life from the brink of death has been one of my greatest achievements!"
Khyati is a self-motivated, ambitious person who has always been a ‘go-getter’ in life. She believes that her challenges and obstacles in her life limit her, therefore she faces them level-headed. From being a vice president of a student body in college to being the youngest and brightest Business Development Manager in FRM, she has overcome many hurdles along the way. ‘’My vision for FRM is to be an agency which helps businesses get in touch with their audience, to meet their marketing and business goals’’. She also aspires to create and start her own innovative business in the future.
Khyati has always been a lover of art and creativity, and loves to paint in her free time. When asked what she prefers to do in her off days, she shared that she likes to read and watch relatable content that motivates her.
Being passionate about Philosophy, she reads a lot about it and attends classes for the same. Her philosophical perspective towards life and her beliefs in her cultural values help Khyati lead a better and quality life.
