Business Development Executive

Role:

Futuready Media is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic Business Development team. The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Executive will contribute to achieving company sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
  • Arrange and participate in sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports and updates for management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to team success by achieving individual and team sales objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum of 60% marks.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in agency sales or business development is preferred.
  • Familiarity with selling social media, website, SEO, email, or SMS services is advantageous.
