Rearchitecting the traditional food ordering service

Pioneering the idea of cloud kitchens in India, Rebel Foods is the world’s largest internet restaurant company. The brand owns and operates over 450 cloud kitchens in 75 cities in India, other top Asian countries, and in the UK. Rebel Foods has some of the biggest food brands in their kitty, such as Fassoss, Behrouz Biryani, Oven Story, Wendy’s to name a few.

The RF team partnered with Futuready Media to effectively explain their work process integrated with innovative technology through a live shoot video. The goal of the project was to show how their cloud kitchen functions. By highlighting the essence of the brand’s cloud business, we successfully translated the brand’s innovative approach via the audio visual medium.

Additionally, Faasos approached us to revamp their digital presence, with an aim to stand apart in a crowded marketplace. Our strategic approach with an insight to provide convenience to the customer completely transformed the brand’s business. We designed a new Faasos website, and reinforced their marketing efforts with a new brand direction and social media integration. With eye-catching creatives & videos, we created a visually striking, interactive online journey that made ordering easy for customers and also increased customer stickiness.
