Summary:

He/she should have handled a similar role in the past/ present and should have experience leading a mid-size team to drive digital sales revenue in the region.

Key skill sets and domain expertise requirements:

• Should be in a leadership position at a digital agency for a direct sales role.
• Must have an excellent relationship with digital agencies and clients at the decision-maker level.
• Excellent working knowledge of digital campaign planning and delivery mechanisms.
• Excellent command over digital industry terminologies.
• Excellent understanding of KPIs at the industry level and client level.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be able to handle and lead a team in tough business conditions.
• Experience in leading high-profile discussions and closing volumetric deals with both agencies and clients.
• Funnel management, business forecasting, critical thinking, and business strategy.
