Summary:
He/she should have handled a similar role in the past/ present and should have experience leading a mid-size team to drive digital sales revenue in the region
Key skill sets and domain expertise requirements:
- Should be in a senior position at a digital agency for a direct sales role.
- Must have an excellent relationship with digital agencies and clients at the decision-maker level.
- Excellent working knowledge of digital campaign planning and delivery mechanisms.
- Excellent command over digital industry terminologies.
- Excellent understanding of KPIs at the industry level and client level.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be able to handle and lead a team in tough business conditions.
- Experience in leading high-profile discussions and closing volumetric deals with both agencies and clients.
- Funnel management, business forecasting, critical thinking, and business strategy.
