Futuready Media is on the lookout for a passionate learner who can manage responses of brands on social platforms.
MANDATORY SKILLS:
- MS Excel / PowerPoint / Word
- Basic social media knowledge
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
ROTATIONAL SHIFT:
- 24 hours operation
- 3 shifts (7 am -3 pm) (3 pm- 11 pm) (11 pm to 7 am)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
- The ORM Executive is responsible for online complaints receiving, tracking, and analyzing the same by giving them proper responses.
- Facilitate problem resolution along with other questions. Consistently create an exceptional consumer experience with each contact via Twitter and Facebook.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Continuously monitoring /Tracking the complaints of the brand on outlets, e.g. Twitter and Facebook.
- Understand the level of the complaint and analyze and manage online statuses.
- Discuss and respond and continuously follow in case of any confusion on complaints and on updates received.
- Maintain TAT within 5 minutes.
- Email all actionable cases excluding Power Outage, Street Light and Theft cases.
