The BNK Group
Design Excellence Amplified Through Digital Innovation
Luxury Interior Design Lives or Dies on First Impressions
The BNK Group designs luxury residential and commercial interiors for high net worth clients. In a category this visual and this aspirational, the digital portfolio is not a supporting asset. It is often the deciding factor in whether a potential client picks up the phone. A beautiful physical body of work, poorly represented online, simply does not generate the enquiries it deserves.
BNK had genuinely exceptional design work. What it needed was a digital presence sophisticated enough to do that work justice and a content and campaign strategy capable of putting it in front of the right potential clients.
Building a Website That Functions as a Portfolio Should
The website needed to do something that is harder than it sounds: present interior design work in a way that conveys both the aesthetic quality and the practical sophistication of the projects, without overwhelming a visitor or making the experience feel cluttered. Luxury design audiences expect restraint and quality in equal measure, including from the website itself.
Photography was given the prominence it deserved, with a navigation structure that let visitors move fluidly between projects, design categories and the firm's overall philosophy. The site was built to feel like an extension of BNK's design sensibility rather than a generic template hosting beautiful images.
How we
solved it.
The work,
in view.
The The BNK Group
outcome.
Website traffic doubled. Lead quality more than tripled. Instagram following nearly tripled. And the vast majority of enquiries converted into actual consultations. The digital presence stopped being a passive showcase and became a genuine engine for qualified new business, which for a luxury service business is the entire point, in the same way Govardhan Ecovillage's visual storytelling and Xyst's fresh visual identity each turned a portfolio into an active business asset.
